Abstract: With the development of Industry 4.0, digitization and informatization are necessary ways for
enterprises to transform and upgrade. Based on the current system implemented by the enterprise, how to
quickly construct information charts, process the correlation between data, form data value, and empower
the manufacturing industry is one of the urgent problems for enterprises to transform and upgrade from
traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing. The research and development of this product
effectively alleviated this contradiction. Through intelligent reporting tools, business personnel can quickly
develop and design reports according to their own business needs to analyze data. By comparing with the
standard deviation and making timely corrections, the value of data can be mined effectively and quickly,
and information islands can be avoided. The product can make the equipment, production and process data
comprehensive and dynamic, and enhance the efficiency and market competitiveness of the enterprise.
