Interpretation of the new version of the "Classification management list
of pollutant discharge permits for stationary sources"

The Ministry of Ecology and Environment has recently issued documents such as the
"Classification management list of pollutant discharge permits for stationary sources" (2019
edition)" (hereinafter referred to as the "List").
The state implements key management, simplified management, and registration
management of pollutant discharge permits to pollutant-emitting enterprises and institutions
and other production operators (hereinafter referred to as pollutant discharge units) based on
factors such as the amount of pollutants generated, emissions, and the degree of impact on the
environment.
