Ministry of Ecology and Environment: Class A enterprises may not be the
focus of emission reduction during heavy pollution

Li Ganjie, Minister of the Ministry of Eco-Environment, attended the meeting and pointed
out that all localities should strictly follow the relevant requirements of the "Guiding Opinions on
Strengthening Heavy Polluted Weather Responses to Relieve Emergency Emission Reduction
Measures", and comprehensively revise and improve the government and department's heavy
pollution weather emergency plan. All localities should standardize the filling of emission reduction
lists, and guide enterprises to refine the implementation plan of “one factory and one policy” to
ensure that the emergency emission reduction measures are effective.
